Cloud Nepal Education Services facilitates payments directly to Pearson PLC from Canada. Once an official PTE booking has been confirmed or a unique voucher code has been assigned to your registration, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals can be processed. Our service fee and the exam fee are non-refundable once the transaction is finalized.
Change of test date or time is governed strictly by Pearson's regional policies for Nepal. Students must manage rescheduling directly through their Pearson VUE profile. Any additional fees incurred are the student's responsibility.
It is mandatory to provide accurate passport information. Cloud Nepal is not liable for registration rejections due to data mismatch. In such events, fees remain non-refundable.
